An original 1905 church in the Mission district of San Francisco is now a place to put down your phone or laptop for a while (only if you want to), maybe write (with pen and paper), read (from a physical book), rest (without guilt), and physically push yourself to strength (and tears). At Home in Joshua Tree for the Holidays
Slowing down to enjoy the sweet moments is certainly not easy, especially this time of year. Ironically, in order to leave time and space for less, more work, more everything inevitably follows. For all of the extra work that we did to prepare for hosting our families in Joshua Tree this year, we were rewarded with more time outdoors (and incredibly beautiful weather). I’m sure many others struggle with this as well… sometimes I just pick one thing and go with that […]
Joshua Tree Super Bloom Hike at 49 Palms Oasis
Throughout most of the park Joshua trees steal the show. However in this special oasis, it’s all about the Palms.
The Sound of Silence
Joshua Tree engages all of the senses. The smell of the creosote, the sound of the silence, the crunch of the sand beneath your feet. We’re very excited to share this video that captures the experience of staying at one of our homes in the high desert of Joshua Tree, CA.
The Casita as featured in Desert Mag!
In this month’s issue of Desert Magazine, they’re talking about their top three desert staycations. We’re honored that the Casita is featured alongside a couple of other stunning properties.
