Mike’s seasonal menus reflect his roots in the culinary landscape of the Southwest, as well as his passion and penchant for Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. 

Meals are served in one of our welcoming shared dining areas, including but not limited to the rooftop dining patio, indoor dining room, or the sheltered outdoor living room. Select suites can accommodate private patio dining. Chef Mike is more than happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and alternate menu selections.

First Course

  • Baked queso Oaxaca with chiltepin dukkah and tomato relish, served with homemade tortilla chips (gf, vg)
  • Pico de gallo steak salad with cilantro-bears lime vinaigrette and fresh serrano salsa (gf, vg upon request)
  • Market fresh seafood cocktail with avocado, cucumber and tomato, served with homemade tortilla chips (gf)
  • Calabacitas, corn and sweet potato soup with a tomato broth base, finished with queso cremoso (gf, vg)
  • Sauteed mixed pepper and arugula salad with pickled onion and queso fresco (gf, vg)

Main Course
served with your choice of flour or corn tortillas or rice

  • Tomatillo-jalapeno braised pork shoulder with a cabbage, onion and cilantro slaw (gf)
  • Bone-in chicken thigh mole with a guajillo chili crema (gf)
  • Stuffed acorn squash with shredded beef, queso Requesón and a roasted vegetable salsa (gf, vg upon request)
  • Masa cakes with refried beans, poached eggs, avocado, crema and homemade salsa (gf, vg)

Dessert 

  • Dulce de leche gelato with caramelized pineapple, finished with Mexican chocolate (gf)
  • Rum cinnamon tres leches cake 
  • New Mexico-style sopapillas with spice infused agave syrup
  • Tequila Jamaica crème brûlée with fresh whipped cream (gf)
