Description
Event Includes:
- A 5-course family-style live fire dinner by Chef Pablo Valencia
- Dishes inspired by the inn’s garden and the Sonoran landscape
- Optional overnight stay
Dinner tickets are $85 per person, with an optional mocktail drink pairing of three pours for $45. Overnight tickets are available in limited quantities below, and include dinner for each suite’s full capacity. If your party is smaller than the suite’s capacity, email us and we’ll adjust your ticket count and pricing accordingly. More details on each suite can be found here.
If you’d like to enjoy wine or beer alongside dinner, you’re welcome to bring a bottle to share.

- 3pm: Check-in (for overnight guests)
- 6:00-9pm: Join us under the olive trees and a full sky of stars for a five-course communal live fire dinner
June 8th, 2026
- 11am: Check-out for overnight guests
JTH Tucson is located bordering the west side of Saguaro National Park—directions for arrival will be sent after ticket purchase.
