Total Cost = 15% Commission + Room Reservation (2 nights for 1 day workshop, 3 nights for 2 day workshop) + Any optional add-ons

What’s Included:
HOURS + DURATION – Workshop Hours may take place between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Daytime workshops can be hosted for a maximum of 2 consecutive days. For any 3+ day workshop, a full private rental of the JTH Tucson is required.
HOME BASE – The room(s) booked (Cholla Room and/or Creosote Suite) will serve as ‘home base’ throughout the workshop day(s). This is where the facilitators will prep, store belongings and supplies; and is where workshop attendees will have use of a dedicated bathroom.
SEATING + ACTIVITIES – There is a 24’ custom built table in the ‘Olive Grove’ section of our main garden with seating for up to 30 people. Additionally, there are two 6’ folding utility tables available for use that can be used at a separate outdoor location of your choice.
LOCATION ACCESS – Our Olive Grove and gardens are used as the main gathering location for workshop activities, which provide great shade and protection from the heat during the warmer months. We also have a large rooftop deck and a few outdoor areas that can be set up for plein air style activities when the temperatures are more mild.

All guests staying overnight at the inn have access to our shared communal spaces, which include the main living room, chef’s kitchen, yoga room, canyon pool and hot springs-style hot tub.
If unlimited and private access to the inn is required to facilitate a successful workshop we can share more information related to a full buyout of the JTH Tucson.
Please note that no more than 3 total rental units can be booked by individuals participating in the workshop. If additional rooms are needed for the group, a full buyout reservation is required to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for other registered guests.

Cholla Room
Cholla Room would be a great option if your workshop involves movement as it’s a staircase away from our yoga room which is always stocked with plenty of yoga mats and yoga blankets. The dedicated bathroom for Cholla is detached, just down the hall and easily accessible. Cholla has a private car port and is complete with a private patio both paved and unpaved.
Creosote Suite is incredibly spacious both inside and in its private patio. It has an ensuite bathroom and a dining table inside and outside with cozy areas for gathering.
