Private Yoga Class at JTH Tucson

From: $150.00

A thoughtfully curated movement experience designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are brand new or a seasoned practitioner.

Jess offers two signature session styles, each rooted in intentional movement, breath, and a deep respect for the body:

Earth + Water
Rooted and softened. A slow, grounding practice designed to regulate the nervous system and invite deep restoration. Expect gentle, intentional movement, and space to soften, release, and reconnect.

This practice is nourishing for the joints, grounding for the nervous system, and designed to gently awaken the musculature while reconnecting you to your intuition. Ideal for unwinding, recovering, and coming back to center.

Fire + Air
Building heat and expanding energy. A dynamic, free-flowing movement experience that builds warmth, increases circulation, and invites clarity through breath and rhythm.

This class weaves together fluid, guided movement with opportunities to sway, bounce, shake, and release. It supports the nervous system while stimulating the fascial and lymphatic systems, offering a powerful outlet to move energy, process emotion, and reconnect with a sense of vitality and expression.

Air + Inspiration (Add-On)
Breathwork for clarity and reset. A 30-minute guided breathwork session using pranayama techniques to support nervous system balance, relaxation, and mental clarity. Can be added to either session.

All offerings are rooted in curiosity and gratitude for the body. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the needs and intentions of the individual or group. If you have specific preferences or physical considerations, we encourage you to share them in advance so your experience can be prepared with care.
